Each €2 payment buys one rewrite of 20–6,000 characters. You can use the service as a guest. Payment is handled by Stripe. A failed rewrite is submitted for a full refund; a pending refund is not yet a completed refund. Bank processing can take additional time. Contact support with your order ID if a refund needs attention.

Your text is sent to our configured AI provider. Authorized operators may inspect orders, input and output for support and refunds; these accesses are logged. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information. Text and results are removed from this server after 30 days by default; payment records are kept for accounting. Provider and Stripe retention policies also apply. Guest access depends on this browser’s cookie. Registered accounts add cross-device history; email verification and self-service password recovery are not included in this pilot.
